OUR PROCESS

    1.    Walkthrough & Design Consultation:

We begin with a (virtual) walkthrough of your property to evaluate the space and discuss the best way to stage it for your target audience. In just 48 hours, we deliver a custom staging plan.

    2.    Staging & Setup:

For new developments, the process varies depending on when we are involved. If we’re brought in early, we can collaborate on selecting finishes and layouts to ensure the interiors are cohesive and functional. Once construction is complete, we assess the scope of the project—whether it’s hotel-style units or large six-bedroom villas with garden areas—and create a step-by-step plan. Together, we establish a clear timeline to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly.

    

3.    Marketing & Listing Support:

After staging is complete, we create professional marketing materials to make your listing shine. High-end photography, lifestyle videos, and virtual tours can be included.

    4.    Move-In Ready Service:

For buyers , we offer an after-sale move-in service. We customize the property to their preferences, whether they purchase the staged furniture or integrate their own, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.

WHAT WE CHARGE

Our pricing for new developments is tailored based on location, property type, square footage, and room count. For select projects, we even offer staging services free of charge, depending on the project scope.
