Payment Policy

At Home Staging Portugal, we offer interior design and relocation services, as well as home staging. Our Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for our services and any prepayments made for furniture and decor shopping. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

 

Hourly Services:

For interior design and relocation services, we charge an hourly rate based on the time spent providing the requested services. The following payment terms apply:

  • Prepayment: Clients are required to make a prepayment for the estimated number of hours needed to complete the requested services. This prepayment is non-refundable.

  • Additional Hours: If the project requires more hours than initially estimated, clients will be notified in advance and additional payments will be required.

  • Payment Schedule: Clients will receive an invoice for the services rendered weekly. Payment is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

 

Home Staging Services:

For home staging services, payment is required based on the agreed-upon staging package. The following payment terms apply:

  • Prepayment: Clients are required to make a prepayment for the staging package selected. This prepayment is non-refundable.

  • Payment Schedule: Clients will receive an invoice for any additional costs or rental fee associated with furniture and decor lease or shopping or any other agreed-upon expenses. Payment for these costs is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

 

Furniture and Decor Prepayments:

For prepayments made for furniture and decor shopping, the following terms apply:

  • Non-Refundable: Prepayments made for furniture and decor shopping are non-refundable.

  • Delivery and Installation: Clients will be notified regarding the estimated delivery and installation timeframe for the purchased furniture and decor.

  • Balance Payment: Clients are required to make the remaining payment for the purchased furniture and decor upon delivery and installation.

 

Please note that failure to make payments within the specified timeframes may result in a delay in service delivery. We reserve the right to withhold services or suspend the project until payment is received.
