Repairs and Exterior Updates: We began by adding essential features, including gutters and a fresh coat of paint for the exterior, enhancing both durability and visual appeal. This exterior refresh was essential for longevity and gave the villa a polished, welcoming look.
Interior Repainting for Flow and Tranquility: To unify the interior spaces, we repainted the entire villa in a warm, neutral tone that created a seamless flow from room to room. This single-color palette expanded the spaces, providing the ideal backdrop for the Hamptons-inspired design.
Kitchen: A Warm, Functional Update
The kitchen was originally fitted with a black cabinet and ceiling lamp that felt stark and out of place with the desired aesthetic. We removed these elements and created a custom-made breakfast nook, adding a wall gallery that introduced classic style and charm. The result was a kitchen that felt inviting, stylish, and perfectly suited for family breakfasts or casual dining.
