Whether it’s a new build, a recently renovated home, or a well-maintained property a few years old, we bring in the perfect furniture and decor to showcase it as a move-in ready home that captivates buyers.

With flexible options, you can choose to rent the furniture while the property is on the market. If a buyer loves the staged look, they have the option to purchase the entire package, making it easy for them to step into a fully furnished home. If the sale doesn’t include the furniture, we’ll simply collect it at the end of the rental period. This package is the easiest, most impactful way to present an inviting, move-in ready property that appeals to a wide range of buyers.

OUR PROCESS

1. Walkthrough & Design Consultation:

We begin with a (virtual) walkthrough of your property to evaluate the space and discuss the best way to stage it for your target audience. In just 48 hours, we deliver a custom staging plan.

2. Staging & Setup:

Within 10-20 days, we transform your empty property into a beautifully staged, move-in ready home. Our team handles everything from furniture delivery to decor placement.

3. Marketing & Listing Support:

After staging is complete, we create professional marketing materials to make your listing Instagrammable. High-end photography, lifestyle videos, and virtual tours can be included.

4. Move-In Ready Service:

For buyers and tenants, we offer an after-sale move-in service. We customize the property to their preferences, whether they purchase the staged furniture or integrate their own, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.

WHAT WE CHARGE

Every property is different, so it’s hard to give an exact number upfront. However, it typically comes down to 0.5%–1% of the property’s selling price. This includes the walkthrough, design, delivery of the furniture, installation, styling, photoshoot, and 3 months of furniture rental with a flexible renewal option if needed.
